Detailed plans and specifications are developed, reviewed, and refined, incorporating specific material selections: warm white oak flooring, hand-troweled plaster walls, and locally sourced sandstone foundation with meticulous detailing for permitting and construction.
Final Design Delivered
The approved and fully documented architectural drawings are released to the chosen Marquette contractor for permit acquisition ensuring the constructed project reflects the intended design, respects the site, and embodies the client’s aspirations.
